null Got a Dual-Core Processor, Geforce 8800 Ultra and the combined electrical surge of the 4 closest planets to actually power and cool that rig? You’re in luck, EA have released a demo of the only game this side of 2010 that will justify the money you spent on all that crap!

Ok, maybe i’m bitter because my Radeon X800 Pro runs the game like a very pretty screenshot-slideshow or a very ugly PS1 game. If you’re a little more up with recent trends than me and didn’t last upgrade your PC for San Andreas and Far Cry, you might be in luck and can run the Crysis Demo with some of the effects above “lowâ€.

This bad boy is around 2GB big and features a whole section of the island to drive, run, swim and shoot about on. You’ll be able to chop down trees with your bullets, blow up cars and punch crabs in the face. It starts in the dark, but wait about 10 minutes and the Dynamic Lighting system will load up Sun.exe and cast some light onto the world that Crytek built.

Make sure you leave your thoughts in the comments; has this game got anything more to it than jaw-dropping graphics?
